Disturbance: Walking in ski boots in the hotel hallways can cause significant disturbance to resting and sleeping guests.

Preventing Damage: Walking in ski boots on indoor hotel flooring or carrying skis can damage, scratch and crack the floors or walls, create significant maintenance issues, damage elevators and stairways.

Drying and Hygiene: Our ski room is equipped with specialized heated drying racks and boot dryers designed to dry out wet, sweaty boot liners overnight. This prevents the growth of bacteria and mold, eliminates odors, and ensures you have dry, warm, and comfortable boots the next morning.

Safety: Ski boots have stiff soles that provide little grip on hard, wet, or polished surfaces indoors (such as our hallways), creating a significant slipping hazard.

Convenience and Clutter: Leaving bulky ski gear in our dedicated ski area keeps living spaces, hotel rooms, and hallways clean, clutter-free, and easier to navigate.

Security: Our ski room offers our guests secure locked overnight heated storage, helping to protect your valuable equipment from theft. Security CCTV cameras operate 24 hours and the ski room is permanenntly locked from 7pm to 7am, but the hotel does not accept any liability for the loss or damage of any ski equipment. If you require access between 7pm and 7am, you should contact the hotel security or management.
