Club Altitude Membership Rules (5-Year Exclusive)
1. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment
2. Duration & Renewal
- 2.1 Initial Term: Membership is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of enrollment.
- 2.2 Renewal Process: Upon the completion of the five-year term, membership will be subject to renewal based on continued compliance with club rules and performance evaluation.
- 2.3 Termination: Club Altitude reserves the right to terminate membership for failure to meet the standards or engaging in activities detrimental to the club's reputation.
3. Membership Fees & Contributions
- 3.1 Initial Contribution: Members are required to pay an initial contribution at the start of initial (5) year membership term equal to the amount of (5) years fees.
- 3.2 Annual Contribution: Members are required to pay an additional annual contribution at the start of each membership year. The amount will be disclosed during the application process and is subject to change based on the club's services, but shall not be less than the amount of the current annual membership fee.
- 3.3 Additional Fees: Certain experiences, events, or services may require additional fees, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Code of Conduct
- 4.1 Exclusivity & Discretion: Members must maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding club activities, events, and other members. Publicly sharing information related to Club Altitude is strictly prohibited.
- 4.2 Respect: Members are expected to treat each other with the utmost respect, both in person and in digital communications. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate expulsion.
- 4.3 Participation: Members must actively participate in at least one exclusive event or experience per year to maintain the benefits of the club.
- 4.4 Dress Code: Members are expected to adhere to the dress code for all club-hosted events.This typically includes formal or casual attire, depending on the nature of the event.
5. Access to Services & Benefits
- 5.1 Exclusive Access: Membership grants access to events, services, and experiences exclusively curated for Club Altitude members. Invitations to these events are non-transferable.
- 5.2 Concierge Service: Members are entitled to a personalized concierge service to assist with reservations, travel planning, and unique requests. Misuse of the service, including requests outside the scope of the club’s offerings, may result in membership review.
- 5.3 Customization: Personalized services such as health, wellness, or travel experiences are subject to availability and may require advanced notice.
6. Behavior and Ethics
- 6.1 Ethical Standards: Members are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in club and personal endeavors. Any actions or behavior that brings the club into disrepute may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
- 6.2 Social Responsibility: Members are encouraged to participate in philanthropic initiatives supported by Club Altitude. Contributions to charitable causes orsocial impact projects are highly valued.
7. Privacy & Security
- 7.1 Data Protection: All personal data shared with Club Altitude will be protected under the highest level of privacy standards. Members are required to update personal information when necessary to ensure accurate records.
- 7.2 Security: Membership cards, rfid wristbands, digital access, and event access should not be shared with unauthorsed non-members. Unauthorized use of membership benefits will result in immediate termination.
8. Membership Transfers
- 8.1 Non-transferable: Club Altitude membership is non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned to another individual.
- 8.2 Death or Disability: In the event of a member’s death or permanent disability, membership rights may be transferred to a designated beneficiary or canceled, depending on circumstances and club policies.
9. Dispute Resolution
- 9.1 Arbitration: Any disputes that arise between members or between a member and Club Altitude shall be settled through confidential arbitration.
- 9.2 Internal Review: In the event of conflict or violation of these rules, Club Altitude will conduct an internal review. The final decision regarding any action taken against a member will be made by the Executive Committee.
10. Termination of Membership
- 10.1 Voluntary Exit: Members who wish to discontinue their membership before the end of the 5-year term must submit a formal resignation letter. Membership is non-transferable and will therefore be immediately terminated by the Executive Committee, upon receipt of a formal resignation letter. No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of membership fees.
- 10.2 Club Discretion: Membership may be revoked at the discretion of Club Altitude management for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of club rules, unethical behavior, or failure to engage with the club's activities.
- 10.3 Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as global crises or pandemics, the club reserves the right to adjust or temporarily suspend membership terms.
11. Amendments to Rules
- 11.1 Review: Club Altitude reserves the right to review and amend the membership rules periodically. All members will be notified in advance of any changes.
- 11.2 Final Authority: The Executive Committee of Club Altitude holds the final authority in interpreting these rules and any amendments thereto.
